This is all I have for now... these were taken about a month ago, but it'd still be helpful to know about where I *was*. I'll repost next time I take progress photos. I am 5'5" tall, and I currently weigh ~122lbs.

I used all 3 calculators on Fat2Fit and averaged that out, but I'm still interested to know your thoughts. :)

Hi! We would put you at about 19 - 20%.

These photos were taken today. I hope that these show up. This is the first time I have posted pics in a thread.

I am 5' 5" and weigh in at 138lb. I have been using fat2fit body fat calculators and know that my body fat % has dropped, I am just trying to get a realistic idea based on visual comparison.

If you could be so kind, can you remove my photos after you have agreed and responded?

Sorry these are so big. I don't know how to resize yet.

Hey Sara, I hope this works from my mobile, and I hope these pictures are helpful.

    Yay me, it worked!

We put you at about 28 - 29%.

Hello all. Trying to get a rough idea of my BF so I can get a rough idea of how much more fat I want to drop before working on building muscle. I hear 20% is a good point for women, and I know I'm not there yet, but one day!. My scale says 22% (lies) and tape tests (Navy) says 25% on the dot, but I'd love further input.

I'm 5'3", give or take an inch and 144.5 pounds. Not sure about this flexing thing but I gave it my best go.

Back, relaxed and flexedx2 (I'm having issues with all of my swimsuit bottoms. I have to cinch them all the way to make them fit and not slide down, but my butt is just...well, anyway. I'm going to walk into rooms backwards and flexed from now on.)

    In the neighborhood of 30-31%

I would like to get an estimate of what my BF% was pre-pregnancy, mostly so that I have a goal for what to back to. No rush, I've got awhile before I need to worry about it, as I'm not due until March. I tried to do the best I could to find pics that met the requirements, but they are from a range of time. They are all within a year pre-pregnancy. I am 5' 4.75", and these pics are all between 110-115 lbs. I know that's a five pound swing, mostly because I spent the year before trying to conceive trying to put on weight, but maybe you could widen the range of bf% for the estimate? Thanks in advance. I know you two put in a lot of time on this on a completely volunteer basis, and I know all of us who benefit from it certainly appreciate it.

    Arm flexed:

Given the wide range of pics from varying timeframes and different lighting we'd range this between 18% and 21%.

Thank you for your response. I would have liked to hear lower, but such is the truth. I will work on it more and see how I progress over the next few months.

I didn't figure an exact peg would be possible, but I was doing the best I could to find pics. That certainly sounds reasonable.

    Anyhow, thanks for your time!

Hi - I would appreciate a fat% estimate please as a way of giving me a starting point. I've been messing around on MFP for long enough now and it's time to rise up and move on.

I think I am around 30-40% fat, so I won't be offended by anyone being blunt/fair/honest.
Extra info: Age 53, height 5'3", current waist 38", chest 38", current weight 165lbs.

Goals: a high strength to weight ratio. Muscle growth not so important as a high strength and to lower bodyfat to a minimum but healthy level. I guess I should be around 140-150 lbs LBM and that's with the amount of muscle mass I am hopefully training for.

edit: it has been really useful to have this photo record taken. I suddenly realised - no wonder I struggle with pull-ups - there's as much fat around the back as there is up-front!

    Bump, 48-hours

I know you are busy but would really appreciate an estimate at the start of a cut running up to the end of this year. Thanks.

We will get caught up with the BF estimates asap. Myself and SideSteel discuss with each other before posting an assessment and we have both been crazy busy so finding time to sync up has been challenging recently.

I think that is everyone, but please let us know if we missed someone.

I sent a PM but it was probably close to 2 months ago. Never heard back.

Crap - I remember chatting about it with SideSteel and thought I had responded. If you have updated pics, please feel free to PM again. In the mean time, I will PM you with what we discussed from your prior pics.

Had a hydrostatic test done 2 weeks ago that said 18.3%. I wish! I think I'm more like 22-25% judging from online pics. What would you put me at? I'm 5' 7.5" and 137 lbs.

'Scuse the disheveled appearance, taking pictures at 4:30 am is apparently tiring as feck. Co-starring my fridge and a kitchen chair. Both side pictures unflexed, the remaining four are rather easy to tell apart.
