    Today was a good day.

Went grocery shopping today, so that meant 90 minutes of pushing my kids around in a cart. I had to stretch for a long time, bowling and dead lifts made my back pretty tight. 30 minutes of stretching.
Today was chest tricep and shoulder day
    Bench press
    Tricep overhead extension
    Lateral and front raises
    Band curls
    Hanging leg raises
75 minutes on the stationary bike.

I've move towards having more rest days. This last week I only worked out every other day. I'm not sure if I like it or not. Refeeds are really helping me keep under my calorie goals during the week though.

Gym session this morning straight after work were I done 40 mins of cardio on treadmill and spin cycle followed by day 4 of the Stronglifts 5x5 which was great except for the Overhead Push which I struggled with due to pulling a muscle in my left shoulder over a week ago in work, I thought it had mostly healed up but I really felt it in my left arm doing those overhead pushes today. Had a few hours sleep then went out for a 4 mile walk tonight. Rest day tomorrow.

You're getting there rezekiel. Watch the portions and the workouts will have a greater effect! We all want to see you get control of that. Work on it! :noway:

What is it that you have a problem eating?

My issue, eating wise, is I'll be good for a few weeks and then blow all my hard work out of the water in the next. I'm still trying to get a handle on it. Thus far though this week is good.

Sent you a email message... I wonder how common this is and if others here experience this same urges.
I really hope another member can offer you some quality info/guidance on this!

    You are welcome too BTW!

I would t sorry too much about over eating once in awhile. Just keep going.
I have a "cheat day" every week. While I'm not missing my macros during the week, my cheat day allows me to carb load AND gives me something to kook forward to during the week so I don't eat junk. Not that I eat junk on my refeed days, I just eat large amounts and don't work out.
