    Here are my four babies. From smallest tires to largest going from far to near, my Focus, Trek, Kona Tanuki and my newest, Kona Wu. I really love that fat tire bike. :laugh: :laugh:

    Survived my first kettlebell class last night and wasn't too sore to do 4 miles, including running a mile and a half total. I probably won't be able to get out of this chair later though.

    Back after rest day. Took a nice bike ride, and had to ride ahead of the rain! Been practicing cadence for uphill riding, getting way better at it. Now I am able to keep a more constant speed throughout the ride. And stay on the bike! Great way to start the calendar week :happy: :happy: :happy:
