Back from a 10 day vacation trip to Annapolis [50th class reunion], Cooperstown [DH loves baseball], and Stratford, ONT [three plays in two days]. During that time I managed to walk 14.52 miles according to the pedometer.

I GOT THE BOOT OFF THIS WEEK!
I still have to take it easy as the bone is only about 70% healed but the orthopedist said that any longer with the boot can damage the soft tissue. I still can't do any 5Ks and no more than 3 miles on the bike until my appointment in 6 weeks. It doesn't matter right now because after 3 miles on the bike or walking very slowly, my ankle is spasming.

That puts me closer to green, but still not confident I'm going to make it this month. It's been a rough month, but I'm still mooooovin'!
