So this month I did what I've told many of you not to do.......I gave up. No, I'm not proud of myself, and I should not have let my setbacks get to me, but, well, I did. So, It is now time for me to take a deep breath, post what I have managed to move and look on to December.
Finished out November with a total of 66 miles.
I do want to say Congratulations to Everyone who made goal this month. And a special Congratulations to those who have set a new personal record. Great Going!!

Well so much blowing garbage around here that I had to get my tire fixed yesterday yet again. This town is a total trash heap, have bought 10 tubes in the last 5 months. Wanted to ride today, but alas, 40 mph winds put that to bed. Ended the month well.

Added 3.4 bonus miles on the treadmill, surprisingly right after league bowling and and early dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. Granted, it took about a half hour to get to the gym from the BWW and then I sat in my truck another 30 minutes to let dinner settle a little more and took a little catnap to restore a little more energy.
