Ankle has me down, but I WILL be back. Ended up in urgent care for x-rays. I have a lovely (NOT) new pair of crutches and instruction to not use my ankle at all for at least 7 days.

Fire 30 today. Brand new workout for me today. It's kind of fun learning new moves, but I don't get as good of a burn since I'm pausing all the time to figure out what is going on!

Instead of doing HIIT 20 twice (to make up for my missed days) I did HIIT 30. Does that count? I want to catch up to you all Tomorrow I will do Fire 55 EZ and Friday be back on track
