Nurition: net 1205 (1200)
I went up to 25 lbs on some of the moves and it was not the weight that bothered me as much as the fact that somehow my grip would move from the center of the barbell. Made it a little harder.
I made some black bean brownies yesterday. Pretty darn good and good for a sweet tooth craving. No flour or sugar (I used maple syrup instead). Even my husband like them and he is never excited by the healthier versions of things.0 -

I was asking about these for my grandmother on facebook. Her dr says she needs to gain weight. She doesn't like to eat much but sweets...

Elliptical for 20 minutes. Did a dorky thing and bought a sauna suit for $5 at Ross and tried to see if a weigh in before and after were different. I went up some
Also did a workout in my Women's Health 2014 Mag Supplement for about 20 minutes. It's in my fitness journal.

Going to need those calories for tomorrow. Does anyone else add calories in for weight lifting days? I put in 125. I am not sure how accurate but with a 1200 calorie goal I definitely do not want to be underesting.0 -

I don't add calories for lifting days, but I also have 1500 as my daily goal. I always aim for the net calories, rather than just food.

I could tell before anyone else, too!
I think on IIFYM for me I think I was in the 1300 range. That 100 calories can make a huge difference!
