    My ride from yesterday on the Hiawatha trail where the Old Milwaukee used to climb over Lookout Pass. Yes, Headlights were required through a couple of the tunnels. Great ride!

    Greetings from Berlin. Lots of walking today. Should help calm my nerves and help me sleep. If I finish the marathon tomorrow I'll be at goal.

    Speaking of goal - congrats to 2essie, k80flec, dcmat and hkristine1 on making goal. Way to go people! The rest of us, let's do this thing.

    Ok, finished the marathon and it was lots of fun. Not a PR but not my worst time either. Pretty much what I expected given my training. Really fun dinner afterward with a friend who lives in Berlin. Back in my hotel and ready for bed.

    Oh by the way did I mention that adding 26.2 I'm at goal!

    Half a roll of KT tape and I ran my 10K today with 14,000 other people. Praise God for giving me the opportunity to run. I went from not straightening my knee on Monday to shaving 2:21 off my time from last year.
    Sept. 27: 9.33 miles running 6.33 miles and walking 3 miles
    TTD: 300.52 miles

    All I have got to add is 13.5 miles! I was gone on the road (lot's of miles) & away from home for 3 days but I did squeeze in 13.5 on the ex bike between laundry loads after we got home tonite. I will clean this up in the next three days. Life just gets in the way sometimes!!!
