118 due to stress eating. I confess to binge fest on the worst: Mt. Dew and biscuits. Surprised this number isn't higher.

Much, much better than in the middle of the night (158 down to 105) after taking my Metformin. Two birthdays this weekend, so I know it'll be higher than normal.

5.1 or 92 for most of you. A bit higher than usual as the Dr cut my dose to 250 Metformin in the am and 250 in the pm. Seeing how I go on with that

Mine was 110 fasting this morning. About 6:30am . It's higher than it was a week ago. My Dr. Took me off glimiperide a week ago. Still taking metformin.

8.2. But I forgot and took it after my half cup of orange juice.

Mine was up to 117 this morning. Maybe stopping glimiperide was a mistake?

Uh-oh. It should be okay, though. That's why I was for a time doing a mini-experiment to find out whether I can have a glass of water or maybe unsweetened tea by my bed for nighttime cottonmouth or whether I should be NPO until I wake up. However, I rarely eat the exact same things 2 days in a row, which I know will skew the results. I'll definitely try again later, though, and discuss my findings with you guys.

    337 today...

I've been off my diet & off my insulin for several weeks now (it's an "out of sight, out of mind" thing where I don't check my blood sugars because I'm quite sure they are going to be awful and I don't want to know how bad they might be). However, at this level, I'll need to get motivated to check my blood sugars & adjust my Humalog insulin dosages more often to get back on track over the coming weekend. This probably also explains why I haven't been feeling well during the past few weeks.

7.1 127.8 I had a carb heavy day yesterday. Before bed it was 8.2 and this morning 7.1. I honestly expected it to be higher.

Barney, I''m just learning what to do, I don't take insulin and I want to make sure I never have to. You have to take care of yourself, because it's up to you. One day at a time, just take it one day at a time.
