Your protein will convert to glucose, albeit at a slower rate. It can contibute to elevated levels during the night. Keep your carbs low, and protein lower than your fat intake. Its a better ratio for a LCHF nutrition on plan (hate the word diet..its not a diet

142! I'm okay with that, considering it was 220's last few months! Trying to avoid more meds. Switched this week to high fat low carb diet. Trying to keep it in check and walk more.
