    @clepant The shoulder is progressing pretty well, I think. I have my first followup with the surgeon tomorrow. The torture that is otherwise known as physical therapy is going well. I am doing everything I'm supposed to and nothing that I'm not supposed to!

    3.1 treadmill mile run at 6.4 mph - 29:05 mins. First time doing that distance since my 5K in early January. It was more of a mind game since I hate the treadmill. Almost lost it when the guy next to me, who started within seconds of me, got off when I had 3/10 of a mile to go. I was tempted to beg him to go longer. But good to finally hit that mental wall on that danged machine.

    Kar: I despise the hamster wheel. I messed up my whole running gate last winter running on it. I play all kind of mind games just to get me through the agony. I probably would have offered the guy $5 to stay on longer.
    Feb. 22: Jump Rope for Heart Day. Five hours of moving, walking and jumping rope..and a couple mile hike with one of my fur babies afterwards for a total of 12.3 miles

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the recumbent for an episode of Covert Affairs. No 1st grade for me this week. Our weather was beautiful today!

    Starting the month off right. 25 miles out of 150. Bike and XC skis. Gotta love winter. :smile:

    Adding another 6 miles on the XC skis. That's 31 out of 150.

    Adding another 3 miles on the XC skis. Skate skiing is TOUGH! I guess I just need more practice. That makes 34 out of 150.

    6 more miles on the hamster wheel. That's 40 out of 150.

    Adding 6 more miles for 46 out of 150. It was nice to start commuting again. I didn't expect that two weeks into February.

    Adding 16 more miles. It's good to be outside on the bike again but I forgot how hard it is to lug my fat carcass up the hills. :smile: That makes 62 out of 150.

    Adding another 15 miles for 77 out of 150.

    Adding 6 miles for 83 miles out of 150. Coming right along this month. :smile:

    Adding another 12 miles for 95 out of 150.

    Adding 6 more miles for 101 out of 150. Too bad they had to be inside but after weights, I was spent anyway so it's just as well. :smile:

    Starting to get discouraged here. Struggled to get to 2 miles yesterday for a February total of 36.5 miles. I'd love to see the new colors and stuff on the spreadsheet (Thanks for your work Dave), but I can't even bring myself to look at it at this point. :(


    Despite my frustration, I do want to congratulate everyone who is at or above goal this month.
