    Total to date - 21.62 of 120 miles (had a quick walk at break and had hoped to go back out over my lunch hour, but will have to skip it. It was so cold and windy- brrrr. Supposed to be in mid 50s today, but not there yet

    Starting the month off with 23 miles out of 250.

    Adding 13 miles for 36 out of 250.

    Adding 7 miles for 43 out of 250. Went to the Pig Farm with the dog and the Fat Tire bike. Beautiful day off from work! :smile:

    Adding another 20 miles for 63 out of 250. I hate threshold tests but they are a gage to see where you're at. Because, if you don't know where you're at, how can you tell where you're going? :smile:

    I got a shorter, easier 1.3 mile lunch walk in to test the waters with my knee. It felt pretty good during and after. I will probably try to hit my stationary bike tonight too.

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the recumbent for 45 mins and an episode of Bosch then went to 1st grade then hit the gym w/DDD and our trainer. I'm done!

    20's this morning, mid 60's this afternoon and back to snow accumulations on Saturday...Yikes!
    Adding 23.2 miles
    April 5: 8.7 miles of which 3.7 were running and 5 walking
    April 6: 14.5 miles today of which 7.5 miles running and 7 miles walking
    TTD: 72.55 Miles

    I got another 4.2 miles in on the stationary bike. Knee not feeling perfect today, but it's doing okay....not swollen. I'm keeping up on ibuprofen and have a compression wrap on it still. And I'm holding off the running still.
