    D - Cream cheese wontons, egg drop soup, and hot tea from my favorite Chinese place

    Dinner- Probably bunless hot dogs, chili, and avocado
    Snack- Iced coffee w/ cream & TBD

    Meal 1: Baked Chicken Thigh with kale and cabbage stir fry
    Meal 2: Baked Turkey Wing and salad with caesar dressing
    Meal 3: My keto coffee (8 oz coffee, 4TBS HWC, 1 TBS Butter, 1 TBS MCT oil, 2 TBS DaVinci syrup, dash cinnamon)

    I number my meals because I don't always eat in the morning if I am IF and my first meal may be between 11 and 1.

    When I do do breakfast, I alternate between my keto coffee and a oopsie bacon or sausage egg and cheese sandwich.

    Dinner: fathead pizza
    Snack: plain Greek yogurt and berries.

    L: Sausage Kale Soup
    D : Leftover Jalapeno Poppers with sausage; strawberries with cream

    Today:
    B: Salami with sharp cheddar
    L: Sausage Kale Soup
    D : TBD - probably the last of our eye of round roast with sides of broccoli and cheese; strawberries with cream (bought them on a great sale, need to use them up!)

    I hear ya Rose but I'm slowly coming over. I made some coconut/cocoa fat bombs the other day and recalled I have probably seen them on a keto site as a "Mounds Bar". Out of curiosity I looked up the macros/nutrients of a Mounds and well take a look in the database. A keto "mounds" bite is a Hershey Mounds Bar, smaller yes, but without the sugar. Next batch I'll add some nuts for an Almond Joy!

    l: salad: romain, cucumber, mushrooms, green pepper, parmesan cheese, walnut pieces with left over roast beef cut up and mixed in
    d" chicken thighs with green curry, shirataki noodles (white yam - 0 calories), salad

    All will add up to 1650 calories. Burned 4000 today.

    Dinner: The roast and broccoli I was going to have yesterday, but ended up skipping
    Afternoon pick me up, if needed: some 86% dark chocolate

    :) My exact sentence when asked.....it works to basically say "no bread, no starch, no sugar "

    Everyone agrees and there is never a comeback that would make ppl uncomfortable. Your menus were terrific for guests.

    Breakfast - 3 Eggs, microscrambled with heavy cream, kerrygold, laughing cow, extra sharp cheddar, and nutritional yeast.

    Lunch - Green Bell Pepper Strips with Braunschweiger (liverwurst pate), maybe cheese crisps with ranch seasoning, and maybe chocolate mousse.

    Dinner - TBD - probably my keto ranch taco salad... Maybe deconstructed burger bowls. Maybe chicken tortilla soup, minus the black beans.

    Nathan's hot dog - so jealous - haven't had one in years! And, their fries - to die for - figuratively and unfortunately, literally!

    Breakfast, same old egg scramble
    Snack cause I was still starving - cheesecake fluff
    Lunch, RED bell pepper with pate, and a pickle - no cheese crisps or dessert fat bomb
    Dinner: Either chicken tortilla soup or something with hamburger...and likely more fluff.
