Pork ribs, salt, pepper, nine hours at 200 degrees. Even the bones are tender enough to eat. Barbecue sauce is for impatient people who ruin their ribs.

@Gallowmere1 you are so right. We can't stand barbecue sauce here...dry seasonings and slow cooked on the grill is what I normally do.1

Those ribs look awesome. I normally cook mine for 2 hours at 200 in foil and then finish them on the grill, with a spicy rub.1

Peppers stuffed with extra lean mince, tomato and onion. Served on corgetti with feta cheese

*ahem* Why waste it on ribs? Some of us like to drink it straight.

Went to a fancy restaurant. Ordered the "seafood tower for two" as an appetizer. It came with fresh giant jumbo shrimp, crab legs and claws, and lobster. For dinner, I ordered the 20 oz bone in prime rib topped with crab meat and bearnaise sauce. Amazing, expensive dinner we enjoyed for free due to hubby's boss.4 -

30 minute fall-off-the-bone pork ribs from scratch. I put together a dry rub of garlic and sage, and oh. em. gee! They were good!
If you want to know HOW I made pork ribs from scratch, the answer is the Instant Pot pressure cooker.

Out to dinner last night. I had a deconstructed Philly Cheese Steak made with ribeye that just melted, a small green salad topped with herb infused olive oil. It was wonderful.
