So I I ate dinner at 730, then a glass of red wine at 8:00 is still ok.
I have a sticky note of stair tallies on my desk at work. I haven't totaled it yet, but guessing I'm more than halfway there.
Will get to the dancing, eventually.......2 -
Still no snacking after supper!! It's hard. Having an off day. I did get my lunch walk in and forced myself to walk while watching tv to get some more minutes in. I won't hit 1000 this week but my minutes will be up there (hopefully)4

Snacking after dinner for the first time all week. I need to look but I am pretty sure it's 5 out of 7 days. I hope. I may not get up in the morning and get my morning walk but then I will have to catch up. I am hoping I wake up feeling better.

I'm not a big night snacker. Usually yogurt or toast or my favorite Yasso bar around 8:30. But of course just like a little kid that you say no to. I want more this week just because!!!3

Got in 157 steps today found some stairs at sons apt complex hope the neighbors don't mind some weird person using the stairs gotta get my steps in though lol. will have to look back to see what I had prior days. Back at them tomorrow unless management yells at me. Haha2 -
I'm still plugging away at my 1000. I forgot I had to go to the dentist after work yesterday, so that kind of cut into my exercise time!

Howdy team! I'm waiting for hubby to go to work and my cold medicine to kick in then I'm gonna do the videos. This will be a big number day for me. Videos in the morning. Golf practice from 11:30-12:30. Tournament from 1-5 (will only count half of that). Putting contest/dance party from 6-10 (probably only count half of that-depends on how much I drink and how I'm feeling!). I've got 2/3 days no after dinner snacking and since I've got a dinner party to go to Saturday I'm going to try and squeeze my consumption into a two and a half hour window tonight!

@wolvinnetje Shoulder is better than yesterday! Still not back to normal but enough I can function with Motrin and hot pack every few hours!
Luckily I can get my minutes by walking and I found I can do that just fine with the hot pack!
I didn't do my 40-60 minutes of walking this morning before work because I decided to lay back down with hot pack and I feel that was the best decision.2 -

Hi team! You are all doing an amazing job! I have been incredibly busy this week so haven't had too much Time to update but I'll do a little updating now. I'm almost done with the videos and stairs, will probably finish tomorrow or Saturday. I have also not had any chocolate which is amazing! Keep up the killer work everyone!4

Sorry Team that I have not put anything in the past few days while I've been sick. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to be able to go back to normal. Today was much better than yesterday and I won't even mention the day before. I am glad it is over. I will try to catch up as much as I can.0

Videos done, @#$% stairs done, one more night of no eating after dinner - that was really easy since I usually don't get around to dinner until about 8, and I'm headed to bed by ten thirty.
Started a weight training program at the gym tonight. I think the trainer underestimated my abilities, but I'll reevaluate my opinion in the morning when I see how my muscles feel. The trainer didn't put much value on walking or other cardio activities for weight loss - seems to adhere to the "muscle burns calories" theory. I'm not sure I believe her, I don't really think an hour of mildly challenging weight work is nearly enough to burn calories to create a deficit. What I do believe is that a combination of the two will make me both stronger, and smaller. And hanging out with you all will keep me laughing and smiling.

Okay... I finally did a big enough workout that will help me hit the 1000 minutes. Really going to be tough to get the 1000 minutes, though.
BUT... my son is in a swim meet this weekend at my regular gym. I am literally stuck inside the facility for 18 hours this weekend. Now I just have to use that time to work out.
I still have 2 videos to complete 2X each. I haven't eaten after dinner for the last four days. Since I rarely do so, this challenge is easy for me. I completed the stairs today. It was a really tough workout. My heart rate was up to 150 on the 50th floor. Hard work.
I am slowly exhausting my body. I'm finding it hard to maintain my levels of effort. I don't mind, I am finally losing weight again.
