    Checking the spreadsheet tonight and we are rocking this week. Right now we have 1363 more miles than team 1. That's awesome! I did so much today. Water aerobics, swimming, walking, and yoga. Tomorrow's agenda is the videos. I'll also be able to claim the points for the water challenge. I'm so proud of us this week. We have really stepped up.

    TODAY is my day to get the videos done. I have everything else under control. No other pressing obligations that will take my attention away from it. I am almost maxed on my minutes already and its only Friday !! Water is a given for me so no real challenge there. Once i get the videos done i should be able to mark off this week as DONE.

    WAY TO GO TEAM SMASHERS !! We have DEFINITELY lived up to our name this week. !!! KEEP IT GOING !!!

    Hi all! I am on track to max out this week. I am not sure how I will get 200 minutes this weekend because it is getting cold again, but I will figure it out. Water is on track for challenge #3 do I will be able to log that tomorrow.

    I took my poor dog for a walk today. He is 12 years old & this is the first time ever that he didn't pull when I walked him. He has finally learned... (makes me a little worried that something is up with his health other might just be reacting to the bad weather coming)

    Hi team! Have tried to pick it up this week! Have done challenge 1 and 3 done and done!! Gonna plan to do Jessica's video tomorrow I really struggle on the weekends so planning to do the video will help add to my minutes! Happy Friday

    Sorry I've been super busy these past couple days and haven't had a chance to check in. I'm working my normal insurance job, plus working on starting up a wedding barn venue (I'm so freaking excited about that) It's just a ton of time and effort right now!

    I will get the Last video done tomorrow. I started and got 10 minutes in and couldn't do anymore. I had already worked my arms before i got to it SO they were screaming at me to stop... LOL ANYWAY i have all day tomorrow to get it done. The water challenge will be locked in tomorrow as well. I am maxed out on my minutes again so after the video and adding the water points i will be done as far as what i can contribute.

    We are currently 50 points ahead of team 1 !!!

    @MonicaA2013 Too funny about that video. I started it and got halfway and had to quit. My arms were fighting me. Just too tired after all I did yesterday and this morning. I'll finish it up tomorrow.

    I went to bodypump class as I had said and really did give it my all. My legs hurt today. A good hurt but dang!! I think we did a ton of lunges and squats.

    Sorry I been rather quite this week. It's been a rather busy week and I have been fighting a little bit of a tummy bug. The bathroom and I have been way to acquainted the last couple of days. I've been able to get about but not much ambition. I did get all of my water in and I've had 120 oz so far today. If Coconut water counts then I just got another 16 oz.

    Hey everyone! Sorry again I haven't been on much. So much going on over here. I don't think I will be maxing out this week I promise it will be the only week I don't. Things to back to normal on Monday on I'm back in my normal gym schedule. You all know I've been good with minutes the past weeks. This week just got out of hand BUT I did get to spend so much time with the boys. Lots of outings with them and hanging out with them. Anyways I'm all caught up with challenges (except the minutes). I did NOT like those videos. I had to modify so much of them. I thought OOOHH à sitting down workout. Gonna be a piece of cake. BUMP THAT! My arms were burning!!! Anyways I did the best I could. I did LOTS of modifying for both videos. I am really no good with jumping because of my knees. Anyways glad it's done. I hope we can manage to stay in first place. Team one always surprises us at the end with a sudden jump in points.

    I am also having lots of trouble with the spreadsheets on my phone. I just wait until I am able to get on my computer.

    I have a hard time accessing the spreadsheet on my ipad, but my phone usually works...

    I am tired today team. We had a thunderstorm roll through last night & my dog kept me up very late.

    I am at work, and I have done a 15 minute Lesley Sansone video, but don't know if I will get any more than that in today. We have the guy working at the house on our renovation, and then we will be going out with friends for our cruise "planning" meeting. If the worker leaves the house, in time to get some work out time I will do my best. it is too cold and windy outside to do anything. We have gone from shorts weather, back to winter coats. LOL ;) I wish Mother Nature would stick to the sunny warm weather I love!
