    I'm so happy for you, Brenda! You've been so consistent over your journey, it's great to see how fantastic you've done by just being regular. Takes a while, but slow and steady helps to build up a great habit--habits even. :)

    Thanks...No I'm not water fasting anymore, I haven't for two weeks :)

    Way to go. I think the key for maintenance (for me anyways) is to eat other meals low carb (not dinner but just the other ones). I've been able to do that for the last year and keep my weight down. If you add meals back in, you may just want to start at lunch to see how that effects you and go from there. A large salad with some protein is a perfect lunch I think. Anyways you have done great. Now have a good plan for maintenance!

    Thanks...I plan on eating OMAD and low carb every other day and TMAD the other days...On the TMAD days I will do what you suggest and only eat extra carbs at my big meal, Thanks for the advice :smile:

    You must feel so elated after setting a goal and reaching it. I'm beyond thrilled and happy for you!

    You've been such a great source of encouragement for myself and others. I'm excited to see how your maintenance goes and I have a feeling you will rock it and always keep yourself not too far from your goal IF you see any gains.

    Since I've reached my goal I decided to combine the 5:2 Diet with OMAD for my Maintenance :)
