            today's menu

I started my meal with some melon (small quantity) and 2 ACV. After 40 minutes I eat some turkey and a huge salad, with my regular garlic. Tasty, maybe too much food, but this period I only care to eat one meal a day and less about quantities.1 - 
            My body asked me yesterday for something sweet. So, I ate 2 kilos of melon. Nothing else.

Today , I ate something more consistent. One FULL plate.
(home made tzatziki, salad, chicken, sausages, some chia seeds, eggplants. Of course, 2 ACV and 4 cloves of garlic as usual)1 -

            I am guilty, today I ate too much. More than one plate, lol
I started with a good portion of watermelon, and after half an hour something really cool.
2xACV, 4 cloves of garlic, tomatoes salad, turmeric, wild carp. Awesome taste and feeling to cook outside....

            This is the best tzatziki I have ever eat, trust me. If you have a better recipe, please share.

            Week no1 I lost too much, too quickly. I decided for week no2 to slow down the speed a little bit .
Veggies, cheese, sea fruits, tons of very hot chili, 5 cloves of garlic. I finished my yesterday meal in tears

            That's not too much to lose, because the first week we usually lose a lot of water weight...You are doing great

            lol, that'll serve you for eating so much chili sauce! I'm the same way, I love hot spices. Yesterday I had sweat beads while eating my Buffalo cauliflower wings and continued to push on through!

wild carp, bulgur, turmeric, garlic + 12% fat cream.
today:
4 eggs, veggies, hot chili and leftover (garlic)
strange thing, my weight increased a bit, not happy about this.
