I’m a nurse....NSV is Non-Specific Vaginitis or non scalpel vasectomy.....
Don’t think that is what it means here....
    Clue me in please :)

    Hilarious
In this case, it means Non-Scale Victory :)

Ok, yes, what @River_Goddess said; in other words, milestones or achievements not connected to the evil weighing appliance we stand on... which are quite literally, OFF the scale!

Mentioned this on my newsfeed but I'll give the shortened version here...I had to briskly walk from the health center to my car because of freezing cold temps. I get to my car and noticed I wasn't all out of breath and my heart wasn't beating out of my chest! In the past, any exertion over a snail's pace would have me gasping for air and praying I don't have a heart attack.

Great work! You have done really, really well these past few weeks o:)o:)

This morning I did my last run of the year, and crossed off one of my 2018 fitness goals!

I ran a full 5k, nonstop, no breaks, no slowing down to walk. I also beat my previous best time by a minute or so. I did the whole 5k in 38 minutes.

From left to right, these represent: August 12, September 9, September 16, October 28, November 16, and December 2.

And on the very far right, there's a cane I once had to use lol.

    Wow. Just wow.
