Non-scale victory. Something you can celebrate besides focusing on a single number to the exclusion of anything else. :)

Remember, you can take the meat/cheese OUT of the bread and eat that, if you're hungry...

@KnitOrMiss That’s actually a really good idea, thanks, I have a birthday party to go to in a couple of weeks and I already know it’s being catered buffet style so I was worrying about it. I can now see myself discreetly dismembering sandwiches!

I've tried: there is no way to be discrete, too many empty bread bits on your plate gives the game away! My advice: stand near a waste bin! :D

Just back from the gym (only joined last week) instructor at my body pump class was impressed that apparently I am strong and not scared of lifting heavy and adding weight. I thought I was well mediocre as I am still working out the exercises and my form, so I am really happy with that comment

Posts like this are why I'm unhappy they got rid of the Awesome button... Like just doesn't do it justice.

I don't worry too much about being discrete when I am dismembering sandwiches.

Awesome, I now have a vision of pieces of bread being flung around the room!

That is a huge plus, @cstehansen, since I remember you've stated that your partner eats junk vegetarian style. Perhaps they will come around to a healthier way of eating (even if Keto is not for them). <3

You can do keto as a vegetarian, it's just harder, but I started that way and it does still work, very limiting and boring very quickly.

Low carb vegetarian is pretty easy and has a lot of awesome options for food.

In any case, my arms are half an inch bigger...totally feeling like she-hulk these days!!!
