I’m staying under my calories but still gaining weight. Very discouraging have to try harder to stop eating those “little bit of junk food that won’t really hurt me”

Tough day. TOM is kicking my *kitten*. And seriously short staffed at work. I didn't really want to workout today, but I had an appointment with my trainer, so I did, and it was a good thing. I did a kickboxing class with him after my session.

Weigh in week: January Week 2
    Weigh in day: Friday
    Previous Weight: 121.8
    Current Weight: 122.2

Weight creeping up b/c I've been cheating and not recording daily. Also, started yesterday with a reminder app to drink water b/c I def don't drink enough. Hopefully, next week scale will start moving down again. I only have under 10 pounds left to go and I think it's going to take forever!

Look into body weight exercises, you can make them into circuits like 4 rounds of 12 each(or anything you want really), interval training, or even AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in a certain amount of time...like 20 mins.

I'll attach a list of exercises my trainer gave me and believe me when I say this, most of them are really challenging! This list is split up by the muscle group it works, so you can make a total body workout of them, or just do a whole group per day.

you can find videos of how to do those exercises on youtube if you're interested.

After figuring the calories on the pancit I received yesterday, I ended up deciding it was best to split it between 2 days. Pancit for lunch again today, yum!

Thursday (I do these in the morning, so my info is for yesterday)

These are awesome exercises to do at home @AB0215, my pt makes me do a lot of them and i hurt a lot lol.
@IanMoone30 when I was starting to get into working out again I used a lot of Fitness Blender workouts. They are free and you can work to your own fitness level. I don't use them as much now because I go to classes 3x a week and then weight train 2x a week.
