I walked up and down my hill for 30 mins. I drank 64 oz.

Current Weight: 237.4
Lost all of my weight from my out of town trip, plus a couple more. Been pretty disciplined this week and it paid off! This is the lowest weight I have been at since 2008. Pretty excited about that. Hoping to be back to my HS/early college weight by the beginning of summer (190). Onward and downward!5 -
Keep up the great work everyone! I survived my husbands big 50th party! A little cake a couple drinks:/ but working hard to make sure that doesn’t effect the scale to much this week!:)4

Well we are getting probably about 4 inches today. It has started to snow at 7 this morning and has not stopped. I guess walking with Leslie DVD or Zumba will be my thirty mins today. Hope everyone stays safe. Have a blessed day.0

I usually try to do some form of activity every day Yesterday i did 45 mins of swimming at the Y and today a a 60 mins water aerobics class. Its expected to snow tomorrow so shoveling snow will be my activity for tomorrow . I found my ab roller in the attic and I will use that too . ( does anyone remember the good ole ab roller of the late 90's?3

Sorry guys I wasnt able to update last night on my exercise, My husband and I went out to dinner which we only do every few months and then we took our dog on a mile walk around the lake we got married at! The snow was up to my knees so it was quite the workout, it took us 45 minutes just to do the mile lap! I didn't have time to make it to the gym after that so im hoping to make it there tonight!1
