Now an IBS flare up thanks to adding stupid raw beetroot to my salad yesterday. So todays visit to the grandparents is cancelled till I'm well again. So sorry if I gain this week, it's been a poopy week but just minor things nothing big like some of you are dealing with right now.
It's typical as it's nice today too.

I wasn't sure how this weigh in would go after the big birthday bash we had this weekend. But I stuck to my meal plans, did some workouts! Going to try mounted shooting this weekend, something neither my colt or myself has done.

This week has been off altogether. My son didn't have school all week because of ice, snow, and low temps. My grandson that is only 7 months got the flu and I have been stranded because of weather. The most I have been doing is drinking water, housework, and going stir crazy lol. Hoping to see a lose on the scale tomorrow and praying for a better week next week. Water intake 64 oz plus and activity has been laundry and cleaning. Hope everyone has a blessed night.2

Well it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. But I did start strength training this week, did it twice. I've been under calories on every day but one. Guess I will just keep trying and hope for a good loss by next Friday.3 -

I buckled down and really watched my calories. I only went over them on Saturday. Also it’s TOM and I tend to hold onto a lot of water weight during that week. So I’m extremely happy I actually had a loss!! I’m struggling with my water intake. I’m going to focus on that this week along with continuing to stay under my calories!

Sorry all, like I said before bad week. I believe a lot is stress. I was able to get 30 mins of Zumba in and drank 64 oz plus. I believe this weather takes a toll on everyone and life. Everyone hang in there and remember why you started this lifestyle change, journey, or challenge (whatever you want to call it). DON'T LOSE FOCUS!!!!

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been around lately, this has been an insane week. I have been helping out with our school's play. So, there have been lots of late nights and very little activity. I'm hoping to at least have maintained but won't be surprised to see a gain tomorrow.1

Every year our district has members of the Missoula Children's Theatre come in and put on a play with kindergarten - high school student. This year's play was King Arthur's Quest and we did two shows yesterday. It's great for our small community but I'm glad to get back on a normal schedule.
Kudos to your husband, my late nights were just for one week.1 -

Well at least it made it back down .2. I was down at 226 but have done a lot of extra exercise and had a sodium heavy day Saturday. Needless to say yesterday morning I was up at 229, so I'm just glad it moved back down to at least show a loss. I expect a higher loss next week when I lose this water weight though.4 -
