    Have the sinus Ick so hoping to that can stay going in the right Direction this week. When you have no taste it is either good or bad...

    The team is doing great. I just have to remember 1 day at a time

    I just recently figured out how I could hit my protein goals without protein powder or going over calories. That has been a struggle of mine. But now I think I can do it!

    I looked up high protein low calorie foods. Boneless skinless chicken breast has something like 53g and 284 calories. It didn't give the weight of that, but still, I think that's doable for a meal considering I like plenty of veggies that aren't calorie dense. And lean ground beef ( 90/10 or around) is good ratio too.. for snack and breakfast to me is eggs.

    Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I went back and forth about making my kids a special dessert tonight but I finally decided against it which was a good choice because the ones in school brought home sooo many treats!
