Doing really well. How far are you thinking of dropping to?

I’m also kinda over the one plate thing now, but just eating till full. Seems to be working.

I have always eaten tell full. That may not work for some though. Just weigh and see!

Thx all. I see a lot of new faces lately so just wanted to send a reminder that the sky is the limit if you work for it.

Monthly Weight (ave of last 7 days of the month)
    August....184.2
    Sept........178.8
    Oct.........176.7
    Nov........176
    Dec........173.2
    Jan.........172.4
    Feb........171.6
    I like this slow progress.

Thanks to some decent weather I was able to get in my first outdoor run of the year yesterday.
Was really evident that my winter training had paid off. I just felt so light on my feet, plenty of leg strength and in particular improved back end (glutes and hamstrings). Those squats, kettlebell swings, and planks paid off.
Oh and running outside is so much better for the mind, to breath air, catch the wind and a little sun, turn left and right over different surfaces. Ahhh, it was nice.

Thanks Brenda. Just finished up at Lowcarb Breckenridge and had a chance at the end to take the stage and briefly tell my story. It got a big positive reaction. I'm told they might be putting that video up on dietdoctor. I also filmed a success story interview for dietdoctor which should be up within a month.
This conference was so well worth the trip.

You can see my 5.minute stage talk if you have a dietdoctor account. Go to videos, lowcarb breckenridge, day 3, at about the 9:01 mark.

Brenda they have a 30 day free trial.

Yeah they do have a free trial, but I think you have to sign up, offer payment info, and then cancel before the 30 days are up, otherwise it's $9 per month after the free trial period. So for now my content is behind the pay wall so to speak. It's a shame because I'm actually pleased with it. For an impromptu 5 min talk I didn't do too bad despite being nervous.
I'm not sure yet where they will put my dietdoctor interview, in front for all to see or only inside for subscribers. They said it would be up within 30 days.
