    Sunday and made it safely to San Diego. Met up with a couple of my buddies and stayed on track and under calorie goal.
    Track: Of course.
    Calories: Yes. Even with going out with a couple of old friends.
    Exercise: nope. Car did all the work today.
    Water Intake: 60 oz -ish.

    I’ll take it. After Pancake Tuesday and my Saturday binge eating I was worried. Today is family day in Canada so my gym is closed but will be going to a bigger gym to do a class. Hope everyone has a great day!

    Not a surprise as I only made two workouts last week, and ate poorly. I got sick last week and fell apart. I'm still feeling lousy but I will eat better this week and at least get 4 workouts in, I may have to modify but the point is to keep moving.

    Also very inspiring post to end our week 2 of her success since 2017 truly inspirational and thanks for sharing.

     I also give KUDOS for those who have participated in the QUESTION OF THE WEEK: If you could have one food calorie free for the rest of your life, what would you choose? Looks like PIZZA WON HANDS DOWN. . .LOL!! Looking forward to the interaction in this week question!

    I am so hapoy for the interaction this week; as you can see we have a lot of first place winners. YOU GOT THIS!  We cannot give up when it looks like we're not getting what we want in this thing all we have to do is just hold on a little longer and we will see the results because we put in the work and so the results must show up SOON! I hope I encourage just someone a little bit to keep on tunneling through. YOU GUYS ROCK!

    Figure skating!! And the ski jumps!
    Although I think I missed most of the figure skating. I enjoy watching pretty much all of them.
