Calories - I think so. Low quantity but high calories. We got chinese take-out so hard to say for sure.
Water - nope, really gotta work on that!
Favorite Olympic Sport - hockey, but I do also enjoy watching the snowboarding and speedskating2 -

Today makes the last day of my vacation here in Charlotte North Carolina heading back to New York tomorrow but it's been interesting as I've been working out more since I've been down here so I hope to continue the trend when I go back to New York.

Presidents’ Day is done and so is my San Diego trip. I came back a day early since the meeting finished early.
Track: Yup, even in the restaurant . I was able to find a meal that kept me under my goals.
Exercise: nope. Car still did all the work today.

It's that super fun time of the month..... and I want to eat everything in sight. And my coworker (RIGHT NEXT TO ME) decided to fill her candy dish with kit kats.
So I didn't bother "budgeting" my calories. When I was feeling like a snack, I went for one. No kit kats (ok, just 1....). Just ate my own snacks. I managed to only go over by about 50 calories for the day. I am totally calling that a win. Normally, I would have stuffed my face with M&Ms....
Now I just have to do this again today!2 -

I have an exchange student from Japan (via Australia, where she stayed for the last 18 months) staying with me this month. I've went off track in my current job as tour guide for all the wondrous things in St. Louis (which, btw, is becoming a big foodie city). I'll try to rein it in this week.

I'm starting over today though and so far so good. My life feels like it's all over the place. I have an exam today so as soon as that's over I'm going to go home to clean my room and get my life together lol (when my room is a mess, my life is a mess).5 -

I was away all weekend, but did well with food choices and walking. I did not drink enough water. On Monday, i made a long car trip. By the time I got home I was exhausted. No more trips for me for awhile, so I'm jumping back in with logging and water intake today. Already up to 60 oz of water today, so I'm doing much better.2
