    3 mile run yesterday followed by 2.5 miles of walking to the train station on our way to the airport. And that puts me at 77/75! GOAL

    @taxmom9093 - So happy for you to have a "new" son in law. Sounds like they had a great time.

    I'm back in Florida for a family wedding this weekend and it is still raining non stop here.

    Thought I'd better post my miles from last night before I forget again! I hit goal with my 3 miles of walking! I think next month I will lower it to 100 miles & if I go way past it fine but this way it won't be an added stresser for me!!!

    In retrospect, I should've kept my original goal! I guess I panicked and thought that I wouldn't be able to do it. I am actually over that goal by 2.8 miles today. We will see what today brings. I put in a lot of miles this past week really pushing myself. I was exhausted yesterday and my body was sore. I decided to sleep in this morning to try and rejuvenate. So, I will have fewer miles today but I am NOT quitting. I am ready for June!

    5/14 - 3.6 miles
    5/15 - 4.33 miles
    5/16 - 1.25 miles
    5/17 - 4.46 miles
    5/18 - 1.65 miles
    5/19 - .80 miles
    5/20 - 1.5 miles
    5/21 - 6.13 miles
    5/22 - 1.5 miles

    @clp212 & @vhuber - Some people set their goal high so they are challenged. Some set their goal low so it doesn't add stress to their life. Whatever works for you. We don't judge.

    I went for a 3 mile run this morning. Slow and humid but done. Finishing the month at 80/75. See you in June!
