Looks delicious lowjax75! Barbecuing is a great way to add great flavors to foods. Amazing what the difference is in flavors just by using different herbs, spices, marinades, rubs etc does to foods when barbecuing. Sure helps with giving ranges of flavors to keto/LC meals.0

My higher carb day allowance was today and I chose to make homemade sushi. Two days a week I will eat between 40 to 50 grams of carbs but never two days in a row and I stay in ketosis that way. My other days I eat between 10 to 30 grams of carbs/day.
Today I made smoked salmon and smoked Albacore Tuna lox with East Coast Bay Scallops, avocado, spicy mayo, masago, bit of lemon, and fresh dill inside out rolls with chopped scallop/masago mayo nigiri.

Asian Pork Patties for dinner tonight. Sautéed zucchini and onions, black olives, jicama, and cucumbers for the sides.

Instant Pot Ribs finished on the grill and finished with White BBQ Sauce.

peppers and onions with 2 small round steaks and all fried in coconut oil , first time i fried anything in it and wow it was good . pic not as pretty as everyone else , but it was Good !! soy sauce just 2 table spoons , also on a little bed of lettuce and cheese .4 -

On tonight's menu...Got the smoked baby back ribs dialed in! Dry rubbed, open smoked for two hours then wrapped and juice/spice mix added and smoked for another hour, then unwrapped, basted with bbq sauce and open smoked to finish. 😋👌🤗 And some smoked organic corn basted with spice herb & lemon/white grape juice butter...OMG to die for! With some delicious skewered/charcoal grilled veggies and bocconchini balsamic tomatoes. Washed down with an ice cold dry Asahi Japanese beer. 😋😋 Who says low carb has to be boring!? Not me 30 grams net carbs in this delicious meal and that includes the beer!

Hey Y’all!!!! I’m back! I’ve still be doing Keto, I just haven’t looked at this forum much! 😱 got on today and saw that my foodie thread is still going strong! 😘😍
Last night I made a stuffed chicken breast inspired by capris salad. I melted cream cheese, mozzarella, parm, and sundried tomatoes together. Stuffed it inside three pounded out chicken breasts, seasoned the chicken with salt pepper garlic onion paprika and baked it.
Then I served it over sautéed onions and zucchini with fresh basil! Yum! Topped with some more fresh basil!

Tonight’s dinner is a mash up of taco night and meatball night! In honor of taco Tuesday and national avocado day, I’m making cheese stuffed taco seasoned meat balls! Serving over some long cut onions and peppers. I’m not done making it yet, but here are the pics I have so far! If it is good, I’ll post the recipe and macros. (Both of these recipes are “winging it” and I don’t have recipes for them. However, I’m writing everything down for my meatballs on request of a friend. So I’ll have it to share.

I used coconut flour......should have known better. I don't like coconut. I'll try again with almond flour.3 -

I found this quick keto burger bun recipe online and tested it. I expected it to come out dry since it seems most microwaved recipes come out dry af but this one wasn't 😀2

my low carb cabbage rolls ... with cauliflower rice and low carb pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce , I had 2 rolls and lots of hamburger stuff , my serving was 9 carbs 1 fiber , so 8 net carbs .3 -
