Exercise:Yes, busy day, no gym, but walked throughout the city over 7.5 miles.
Comments: Friday was a rest day, had an early hospital appt in the city and stayed the day... ate at Eataly Boston—- chose wisely I hope (grilled sea bass with farrow) but did have some bread, cheese & then dessert at Cheesecake Factory (shared with my family).
Soooo back on track Saturday & Sunday (my weigh in day, may not look good this week).

Going through some fluctuations, Friday my weight was right up at 258 and today 252. This seems to be a new recent thing that's going on, not sure why but I'll admit, it scared me a little as I haven't really been doing anything different.
On a more positive note, I had the confidence to go swimming with my mam and son yesterday, first time in 13 yrs! Man was that tiring!3 -

I return to work on September 10. I vowed to hit my goal weight of 160 before I returned to work. I have been slacking in everything. Exercise, food, alcohol and tracking. This morning I was 174.2. 14.2 lbs to go. Time to put my sassy pants on and hit my goal.2 -
