Comments: Made the yummiest chicken wings for dinner, half were buffalo flavor and half were Stonewall Kitchen Citrus Teriyaki ... came out great! Good day--- lots of water retention from the sodium in my Pho last night though--so feeling bloated, not used to all the salt.

OMG guys I am going on day 10 of being sick! That’s probably why my weight loss was so much I had no appetite last weekend and did a lot of fasting. Since it has returned I haven’t been following my keto plan but I also havent made horrific food decisions either- so thats a plus! I am finally going to cave and see a dr tomorrow- as of Thursday I have had a terrible sore throat and now this weekend a productive cough! I haven’t been so sick in ages! Wish me luck!3 -

I spent the weekend with my BF at Seattle Mariners games. I ate all the junk and drank all the beer. 🤦🏼♀️ I walked a bit but not for exercise just to kinda wander (with giant beers in hand). It was an awesome weekend but at the same time I’m dreading the scale tomorrow. Next week I’ll get back on track!2 -

Had yet another birthday party. Had 2 soccer games for the kiddos - sat in the heat all day. Just wan't feeling up to walking. I was one that got to grill - 24 bratwurst, 30 hotdogs. Potato salad and baked beans. Plus the cake. The good thing is that I am learning portion sizes and control. Haven't gotten on the scale yet to see the damage, but I have zero doubt I will overcome it.

Hi Slimsons!! I'm thrilled to be back. After one solid year of strict keto, and 105 lbs lost - I took an intentional rest from logging, weighing and counting. It was supposed to be 8 weeks but I'm ready to come back after 5!! I feel recharged and refreshed and ready to get to goal. Wahoo!!
I've gained 7.8 lbs since my last weigh-in 5 weeks ago, and I'm ok with that. I'm certain it's mostly water weight and will come off quick.
I hope you've all continued with your journeys to health and look forward to catching up soon3 -

Did cut the yard and work on the pool. Hopping on the riding mower would hardly qualify as exercise. Grass was too thick and high for the push mower.
Diagnosed with a small meniscus tear. AKS or physical therapy. Chose the PT. 5 knee surgeries is enough. No golf, volleyball or pickleball or any activity that requires twisting knee for at least 6 weeks. Sucks.

That's rough--- I'm sorry for your injury (again)--- 5 surgeries is hell! You've been through the ringer with that knee.... wishing you fast healing. Put your recovery first--- you'll get back at it, no worries!1 -
