    @Coheednkimbria It's ok, don't sweat it. Plateaus happen, I just came off one. Just keep positive and push forward, the scale will follow

    Exercise yes 2 hours of cardio mixed with endurance, plus walking

    Yesterday I took my measurements and I am half an inch smaller everywhere. I am happy about this but the rate of my loss is definitely slowing down so for next week I am re uping the crazy. I exercised all week but because I have been helping my mom ease back into working out, my intensity has dropped big time .

    I started this week strong but lost all motivation to work out from Tuesday onward. I still stayed under calories all week, so at least that helped with the weigh-in.
    Hoping I can find my motivation again. Been off all month

    I didn't think it was going to be a huge loss this week, but nonetheless my goal was to get into the 150s (whether that meant losing 0.1 lb or 5 lbs) Very happy with my results!

    The TOP TWO BIGGEST LOSERS OVERALL for the first week of September were both Big Butts!! First overall with a loss of 4.75% was @MelsLeanDream, and second overall with a loss of 3.26% was @mickey10111. Congratulations, Mel and Mikayla for an outstanding week and a fabulous start to September!

    I have just finished entering all the weights to date, and most of you have posted a loss or maintained, so that is awesome!!! Well done!! The four gains have been from an anniversary trip, a vacation, a fellowship and the change of seasons. So, in other words, nothing that can't be undone, and quickly!!
