Yesterday I took my measurements and I am half an inch smaller everywhere. I am happy about this but the rate of my loss is definitely slowing down so for next week I am re uping the crazy. I exercised all week but because I have been helping my mom ease back into working out, my intensity has dropped big time .

I started this week strong but lost all motivation to work out from Tuesday onward. I still stayed under calories all week, so at least that helped with the weigh-in.

I didn't think it was going to be a huge loss this week, but nonetheless my goal was to get into the 150s (whether that meant losing 0.1 lb or 5 lbs) Very happy with my results!3 -

Hello, team The Big Butt Theory. I owe each and every one of you an apology for my absence this past week. I wish I could say I had a great reason for not even logging in since Sunday, but sadly, I don't. I was in a huge funk/depression...whatever you want to call it. I was just completely overwhelmed with everything I need to do, that I could do nothing. I am not even pretending anymore to lose weight, so I guess part of it is feeling like a total hypocrite. However, when I forced myself to come back on here this morning, I am feeling inspired again by all of you and all of your hard work. There have been many successes, and even those of you that are struggling a bit are finding ways to work through it. So thank you for continuing on, and for not giving up, in spite of a lack of leadership.5

I have just finished entering all the weights to date, and most of you have posted a loss or maintained, so that is awesome!!! Well done!! The four gains have been from an anniversary trip, a vacation, a fellowship and the change of seasons. So, in other words, nothing that can't be undone, and quickly!!4
