 Exercise: not much except a tiny extra walk. Had a training class for doing swim meet admin for my kids competitive swimming team, had to sit for hours. But I am trying to constantly put myself in situations where I will be around healthy activities and healthy people when I am at goal. I hope this will help me maintain easier than staying with the exact same activities that helped me maintain my overweight lifestyle.3

 Comments: Forced myself to repeat the part of my weight training that didn't go well on Monday, and nailed it. So I feel better about it. Really trying to focus on shedding the last 4 lbs I need to over the next 2-3 weeks, so I don't have to worry when it gets closer....so added in another workout today so I can burn some extra calories...we will see if it helps.2

 Comments: I worked about 14 hours, did writing homework with my 4 yo, went over the alphabet with my 1 yo, watched the Celtics play with my hubby, and studied coding for about 30 minutes. Needless to say, no time for a workout or reading (unless you count the homework and coding lol). Hopefully work is shorter today and I can workout. Have a blessed day everyone! ❤️

 I work in the healthcare field utilizing SQL for retrieving data from relational databases for client issue resolve (sounds like my resume LOL). The fancy title is "Engineering Analyst" which sounds nicer than it actually is.
 I am trying to learn advanced SQL, as well as some other programming languages. Although coding can be used for game creation (which would be AWESOME to do), it is also good for web design, app creation, connecting processes, etc.
 Good exercise btw!
 I could benefit from your skills. My largest aquarium has an apex system. I can check so many things from my computer or phone. Control the temperature, pumps, waves, lighting and so much more. Well my husband can. I am afraid I would need something up. You keep learning and you will master that advanced SQL and others.

 Comments: Kind of a weird week from start to finish lol. I guess I at least maintained. I went out to get sushi today with my brother. Going to get back on track tomorrow. So I didn't get under 184.0 so it's time for plan B lol (really this was plan A but I was trying to change it up). I'm going to plan all of my meals and this time go back to the meals I had the week prior since those were showing me more results. I think this week I had a lot of nutrient rich foods that were definitely healthy but I was on the higher side of my calorie range most days due to having a larger lunch. Will adjust this coming week and I WILL have better progress. Determined to stay on track and see results! Not going to let my progress stagger like it did 10 pounds ago. That was a nightmare. I dislike being inert.5

 No scale victory - but I’ve been doing weights 4x a week - lost and inch on hips and 1/2 on waist. Arms are looking leaner and i can see an outline of the abs!
 Seems sept was all lbs and this month is inches. Still have a layer of fat to get off here and there..- I’ll have to do some serious fat burning here. Hmmmm
