 Comments: We had two work Christmas parties. I decided not to track but be mindful of what I ate. I bet I went over but at least we had fun! I did decided not to drink because I was not tracking for the day. 👍 December is a hard month, right!?

 I forgot to weigh myself right when I got up before having breakfast. Whoops.
 @gemwolf110 - it’s my Saturday weigh in and I forgot! It’s 11am here. I’ve had 2 cappuccinos and a heavy breakfast and a huge jug of water with my vitamins. This isn’t going to be a pretty weigh in.

 Saw trains at the mall with my mom and the boys. They had a lot of fun! We ate at the food court, and my mom and I made healthy food choices... Proud of both of us!
