Exercise: Yes, walked over 2 miles this morning (total of 7000 steps for the day). I have come a long way since not being able to walk around the block 3 months ago. Still have to fight against being a couch potato.
This challenge group has benefited me so much. Sometimes I think about eating something but check to see if it will put me over my goal. If it will, I don't eat it.....I don't want to write that I went over goal. I am scared if I go over once I might keep going over.

Comments: if you celebrate Christmas, what's your game plan for the next couple of weeks? I usually gain weight between Thanksgiving and New Years, so I'm glad the scale is moving downward, but I'd be lying if I said I was staying on track.2 -
