    Calories: Yes, 5/2 IF day
Exercise: Yes, 1 Hour Spin Class, 35 min. Inclined Treadmill Walk & 30 min. Lateral Trainer

Comments/Goals: Trying to get back to 5/2 again and started today. I felt great leaving Spin --but not sure Spin was the best choice this morning--- and wishing I'd stuck with CXWorks instead-- my back is feeling it.

How I felt going into spin class :s ....

This plateau is getting very annoying and disheartening. I thought mfp would adjust my calorie allowance automatically but it doesn't. I have entered my new stats and it recalculated my allowance a lot lower. So that's probably been the problem. Let's hope next week will show a bit of a whoosh 🤔

Plateaus are tough. For me, the weight fell off for the first month or two...but the last month it has been a lot harder. Just hang in there.

Me too 😣. In the first 70 days I lost 17kg and then for the past 30 days I have only lost 1.I find it so hard to stay motivated when the scale doesn't move but I'm doing my best.

    Track: Yes
    Calories: Yes, 5/2 IF day
Exercise: Yes, 1 hour Body Pump, 40 min Inclined Treadmill (morning) & 30 min Arc Trainer & 25 min Inclined Treadmill Walk (Evening; trained with my son :) )

Comments/Goals: Yesterday was suppose to be my 5/2 day---but I busted it open at the last minute :o:s:D:#:* by eating a pint of Enlightened ice cream >:) . I was still under calories/macros, but moved 5/2 to today and I like that I can be flexible with it--that would have derailed my week normally.

Needing a rest day tomorrow--super sore from the new Body Pump & CXWorks tracks that released this week--AYE!! They closed the gym early on us bc there was an electrical issue--- but thankfully we got in close to an hour of cardio first.

    HAPPY TUESDAY ALL!

Got a little off with eating habits. Trying to get back at it and work on healthy snacking. One day at a time!

You got this. You’ll get black on track.
