    I'm really late, I know. Summer holidays here with my kids. Super busy and I don't even know what day of the week it is. They go back to school in the first week of February and it will be so much easier to stay on task and keep on track.

    I'm really late, I know. Summer holidays here with my kids. Super busy and I don't even know what day of the week it is. They go back to school in the first week of February and it will be so much easier to stay on task and keep on track.

    Small win of the day:
    Listened to my body and stopped working in the yard rather than push into “over did it” land. So tempting to push a little harder as I only had another hour of effort to finish this part of the project. But, like losing weight, yard work is a marathon, not a sprint :)

    I didn’t make it into the 170s this week.
    Not my best week. Have had reflux and indigestion a lot and one day with way too few calories and not feeling up the the gym followed by three not tracking and I’m fairly certain I went over as I was eating what I felt like rather than what I planned.
    Silver lining. I shaved another 15 seconds of my mile run time.
