 I really hit it hard this week, tracked everything and logged and worked out. I think this finally means I’m out of the obese category though different BMI calculators give me different results! I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday and really want to be able to weigh in and be below BMI 29.9 (partly to finally be just overweight, not obese but it also means we can start the countdown to be eligible for IVF which is another huge journey in itself).
 It’s kind of a weird point to be at. I never thought I’d get this far and it seemed like this would be the finish point for me but now I’m here I definitely don’t feel finished. I’ve set myself a new target of 150lbs.
 First off, congratulations on your three pound loss this week!! I'd say you hit it hard!!
 Your goal was to get under 29.9 BMI so you could begin the process of having a child, which you have accomplished, so congratulations on that achievement!! I am also very happy for you that you have had a mental breakthrough and realize that you can continue this weight loss journey past the "overweight" category and into a healthy weight! You and your future child will both benefit from that!!
 Thanks Lisa. I’ve realised how much I want any children we have to grow up with healthy habits so we’re very much changing our lifestyles now. It’s such a learning curve but I can’t imagine being without exercise now.

 I think we've all been there. I felt the same a couple of weeks ago and @mikea2g gave me a great suggestion of eating just 50% back. Might be something to try.2

 Right now I am VERY under my calories for the day. I left work early as it was awful out (over an extra half hour added to my ride home) and had lunch after I had gotten home. Just thinking about having dinner now, but am still not terribly hungry... May break into my bottle of wine and have a little glass with dinner... May get another yoga video in tonight before bed.3

 Bad migraine again today. Seems to be lightening up so hopefully I’ll be back on the exercise and under calories track tomorrow. I was only over by 100 calories so not a big deal. It was totally worth it in the moment. That brownie sent my migraine spiraling away for a whole 3 minutes 1 1

 Bad migraine again today. Seems to be lightening up so hopefully I’ll be back on the exercise and under calories track tomorrow. I was only over by 100 calories so not a big deal. It was totally worth it in the moment. That brownie sent my migraine spiraling away for a whole 3 minutes 
 I hope that migrane goes away! I get them maybe once a month... they're horrible! Feel better!1

 Going in the wrong direction. It has been a rough week- pipes froze & burst, caused plenty of damage & a big mess, been stress eating & the treadmill is buried under all the junk we had to pull out of our attic crawl space. Ugh!!!! Well, I did want to remodel, just wasn’t expecting to do it quite yet. I definitely feel better when I walk more & eat healthier. As I tell my husband, I need to just “suck it up buttercup” and move on!!!4

 Going in the wrong direction.  Isn’t it funny how we have something we want to do and then we’re thrown into it before we’re ready! The universe says oh yeah, you want to remodel, here ya go! 
 Hopefully your process goes smoothly and you can get through without too many bad habits. Our septic tank broke recently and we’re waiting on permits to go through before we can replace it. It’s really hard to make the right decisions when things are in chaos. Just try to not make too many wrong ones.1
