I just stopped to apologize for not being here much recently. I was being a band mom over the weekend, I had fires to put out at work Monday and yesterday and I am not feeling at all well today. I think that my gall stone is moving.
Anyway, I am going to bed now (yes, at 5:02 pm local time) and hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.2 -
This week is going downhill. Today was the worst - I feel like a bottomless pit and can't stop eating. I had cake, nutella with graham crackers and part of a donut (among other things that were at least a little more healthy). UGH. I feel gross. I haven't had a day like this in almost 2 months though so I guess in the grand scheme of things it’s not the end of the world.
I also didn't go to the gym today because we were snowed in and tomorrow I head to rainy Arizona for a work trip so probably will eat too much and won't get enough exercise in. Will be back Sunday and then will get back on track next week for sure!3 -
@melissafeagins I hope you feel better soon. I had my gallbladder removed over 20 years ago and I still remember how horrible the attacks felt.
@runarml You’re not gross and most of us have had those hungry days. And in my opinion only one in two months is pretty good. I think I’ve had at least three this month. Hang in there you got this.2 -

Pleasantly surprised by my weigh-in this morning. Only a teeny tiny gain. I've had a lot of food I shouldn't this past week, and my stress level has been through the roof with this new job. I was expecting worse!
Just a lot of changes this week with going to bed earlier, getting up a lot earlier, getting kids to before school care and then driving in to work every day. The first day so much went wrong, yesterday was a breeze, and today I feel out of my league! Who knows what's in store for tomorrow!
