    This week is going downhill. Today was the worst - I feel like a bottomless pit and can't stop eating. I had cake, nutella with graham crackers and part of a donut (among other things that were at least a little more healthy). UGH. I feel gross. I haven't had a day like this in almost 2 months though so I guess in the grand scheme of things it’s not the end of the world.

    I also didn't go to the gym today because we were snowed in and tomorrow I head to rainy Arizona for a work trip so probably will eat too much and won't get enough exercise in. Will be back Sunday and then will get back on track next week for sure!

    @melissafeagins I hope you feel better soon. I had my gallbladder removed over 20 years ago and I still remember how horrible the attacks felt.

    @runarml You’re not gross and most of us have had those hungry days. And in my opinion only one in two months is pretty good. I think I’ve had at least three this month. Hang in there you got this.

    Pleasantly surprised by my weigh-in this morning. Only a teeny tiny gain. I've had a lot of food I shouldn't this past week, and my stress level has been through the roof with this new job. I was expecting worse!

    Just a lot of changes this week with going to bed earlier, getting up a lot earlier, getting kids to before school care and then driving in to work every day. The first day so much went wrong, yesterday was a breeze, and today I feel out of my league! Who knows what's in store for tomorrow!

    Great to see everyone's post keep up the good work. I will try to check in the next couple of days. My daughter is in the hospital getting ready to deliver twins. 😊 so I have big brother with me lots of work. Lol Hope everyone has a great Thursday.

    I just stopped to apologize for not being here much recently. I was being a band mom over the weekend, I had fires to put out at work Monday and yesterday and I am not feeling at all well today. I think that my gall stone is moving.

    Anyway, I am going to bed now (yes, at 5:02 pm local time) and hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.

    Oh No! Hope you are feeling better today. Take care of yourself! We definitely understand, we all get busy. Hope you got those fires out at work and all is better today. You hang in there and NO BAD CHOICES! Stay focused and on track! Look forward to seeing you back in full gear soon...

    Awesome, be sure to post pics! Congrats Nana!!! Remember, new babies throw off fitness plans - stay focused, stay on track, get fit to stay healthy for those new babies!

    Thank you and that's the plan! My food scale should be here any minute, even though I've been losing I want to get into the habit of weighing my food. Right now I eat a couple of hundred calories below my goal out of worry that since I don't weigh things I'll go over my calorie goal. I'm hopeful that no binges and staying close to my calorie goal will keep netting me some good loses for awhile.

    I thought I would have put on weight, seeing that my food choices haven't been the best this week! But, I will accept that close-call and be more mindful starting with my next meal!

    Mid day update. I've been sticking to my goals today. 48 oz of water down, calories well within limits. I have back to back classes this evening so will get a great workout in. Also my steps are finally getting back to my 10k normal. These past few weeks I've been struggling to get them in but have been setting mini goals throughout the day so I'm more on track.

    Lunch today was a veggie soup I made in the slow cooker. Carrots, zucchini, kale, onion, green beans and mushrooms. There was a lot going on lol.
