Great to see everyone's post keep up the good work. I will try to check in the next couple of days. My daughter is in the hospital getting ready to deliver twins. 😊 so I have big brother with me lots of work. Lol Hope everyone has a great Thursday.

Thank you and that's the plan! My food scale should be here any minute, even though I've been losing I want to get into the habit of weighing my food. Right now I eat a couple of hundred calories below my goal out of worry that since I don't weigh things I'll go over my calorie goal. I'm hopeful that no binges and staying close to my calorie goal will keep netting me some good loses for awhile.1 -

I thought I would have put on weight, seeing that my food choices haven't been the best this week! But, I will accept that close-call and be more mindful starting with my next meal!2 -
Mid day update. I've been sticking to my goals today. 48 oz of water down, calories well within limits. I have back to back classes this evening so will get a great workout in. Also my steps are finally getting back to my 10k normal. These past few weeks I've been struggling to get them in but have been setting mini goals throughout the day so I'm more on track.
Lunch today was a veggie soup I made in the slow cooker. Carrots, zucchini, kale, onion, green beans and mushrooms. There was a lot going on lol.1 -

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been a stranger this month.. hoping to be back on the team in March. Had my surgery... it didn't go exactly as planned.. they had to abort the original plan and go about things a different way... and it wasn't completely taken care of. sigh. And I'm now also fighting an infection... Needless to say this past month hasn't been the greatest for weight loss.. but a great month to see who is really on my team in life. Hope everyone is doing well!6
