Hello everyone. Hope you’ve had a wonderful week. I really really need to start logging my food every day. Got out of the habit and can’t seem to get back into it. Uggghhhh2

I am good for the moment, Greg. I am going to see what I can eat over the weekend while I don't have to work. During the week, I will do Boost and crackers at work and then eat in the evenings. My pain tolerance is pretty high. I will let you know what Doc says on Monday.0 -

Great to see everyone's post keep up the good work. I will try to check in the next couple of days. My daughter is in the hospital getting ready to deliver twins. 😊 so I have big brother with me lots of work. Lol Hope everyone has a great Thursday.
