    Steps for Sunday 3rd March - 10,064 - sorry it's a bit low but we didn't go out walking much as the weather was a bit rubbish - tail end of Storm Freya and tidying up after my 70's girl's night! Wasn't so great with my food choices yesterday, as we were eating the leftover bits - but I've realised that and back at work there's less temptation!

    Comments/Goals: Have extreme DOMS from yesterday's gym restart, so rest day needed. I'm experiencing lots of stress and it's triggering my food addiction. Although I have managed to stay under calories, I could not stick to my detox fasting protocol as I'd planned. Came back to hell here basically, after a week in paradise.😖😣

    PS: My steps will be a sad minimum today as it was a rest day/snow day here. Apologies... and will try to make up for it this week going forward. Been a tough roll back on track😪

    Question: HOW DO YOU MANAGE STRESS EATING?

    @WishfulThinning18 Water weight🤷🏻‍♀️... keep in mind 16oz. of water = a pound. Fluctuations happen, especially if you're doing lifting, eaten anything with some sodium, drank a ton of water that hasn't flushed yet....

    Keep drinking water--- look over your diary and see what changes you can make this week that may flush ya out. Hang in there--- we all go through it!

    I delayed weighing a day because I had not been able to eat. I kept my food down yesterday, but still think some of this loss is associated with being sick.

    Y'all it hit the fan at work yesterday. My manager has resigned. I have been asked to apply for her job, which does not mean that I will get it. We will see how that goes.
    For now, it's chaos.

    I am hating on my IT staff right now. They have blocked MFP from my desktop. I am on my phone so checking in will be rare because I have to walk away from my desk to use it. Rules and more rules for people who can't behave like grown-ups.

    I will check in between 2 & 3 while I am setting up for free clinic. It's residents night. Baby docs learn g to document on paper. :)
