I am definitely motivated by old (and recent) pictures to keep going but being a part of a community where you have support, accountability and everyone has the same goal to be healthier and live a better life keeps me coming back every day even when I think I am too busy. As for what gets me to not quit the group - mainly the positive vibes and the empathy shown here
As for why the weight loss plan itself - keeping a target weight motivates me to eat and exercise responsibly - and I feel so much more in control of my body. Also before I started with this, I used to have all sorts of body pain - back, hips, shoulder, neck etc. Now I do stretches/yoga when that happens. Importantly, I can trust my body enough to do yoga!3 -

Looking back at old pictures motivates me more than anything! I don't want to let myself get like that ever again.
I chuckled a bit. Looking back at old pictures makes me remember a better me and that's what I'm striving to accomplish.
Of course there was a time in my life that I was happy with my body but its been a long time until now.. Lol I guess that can go both ways! Either way, looking back at pics does help 😊1 -
