    Exercise - Not really and again am not happy for it.
    It was a weird day yesterday, think I was feeling a bit stressed...so I went back to my old habit of mindlessly eating and drinking whilst knowing the entire time I didn't really want it!
    Hopefully I can get back on track today and might take the kids for a swim after school...get some laps in and hit the refresh button!! Not sure I am going to lose on my weigh in day tomorrow but can only blame myself.

    Was craving for carbs all evening and that made me cranky. Hope tomorrow is better.

    @JodieParko That has been me for the past 3 days. I don't know why either (I knew that I didn't need it too)-maybe the loss of my routine and my exercise time.

    It's been a few days since I last posted as I've had to let my job rule my life this week. ;)
    One day was way over on calories, the next 2 were under so I'm about even I think.
    Besides a walk earlier in the week I've done no exercise. Can't wait for this work week to be done and to get to the gym on Saturday.
