    Track: yes
    Calories: yes, under
Exercise: stairs at work and 260 squats
    Water: 190 oz and counting

Getting back on track!! Felt good to stick with my food plan. Really wanted to indulge multiple times.... but I want a loss this week, more!!

Will power is a strong motivator on this journey. Some days are easy as pie and others are tough as rocks but when we accomplish the little resistance it is rewarding so keep it up!

Comments: Tonight I ordered some new clothes one size smaller than what I’m currently wearing. I find I’m having to keep pulling my jeans up all the time and that’s not a good look lol. Getting there slowly but surely. Hope everyone is good 💟

Oooh I love reports like this. Doesn't it feel great? Keep it up!

    GOOD MORNING TEAM SLIMSONS
    QUESTION:

I've been reading your posts so what is the best fitbit should I look into? I am on a budget but really want to be able to track my daily progress accurately.

@gjaholy33 I think it depends on what you want out of your fitbit, I've got the Charge 3, and I like it because I can track various exercises and it's waterproof and can track swimming. It is new for like $150, but you might be able to find any of these used as well.

Thanks I need a waterproof one since I'm going to take up swimming

I just sent a friend request to you for Fitbit. My username is Marsha.

I have a Fitbit Blaze. They are a little pricey but I bought this one a year ago for $149. You might be able to get it cheaper now. I really like this one.

I am also eating Keto. Anyone on the Slimson have some good recipes to share that are Keto friendly?

Thoughts: This week has kind of killed some of my motivation. I thought I would kill it but the scale says no. Stayed under my calories every day, worked out 6 days for at least 30 mins/day. MFP says I should be down 2 without the workouts... oh well I gotta suck it up and rally this week to catch back up to my goal.

Don't get discouraged--- our bodies retain water when we are building muscle ---and also sometimes we'll get a huge shift two weeks from all of our hardest work--takes the body some time to play catch up when you are working so hard. I have had this happen too----last week I gained 2.6lbs--- was a shock bc I was definitely at a huge deficit each day.

I agree about measuring--- but just think farther ahead too--- it's what the scale looks like a month from now---so keep at it!🙌💫

    Daily Post Wednesday

    Track yes
    Calories yes under
Exercise yes 15 minutes of calisthenics (10 steps on stepper, 3 reps of 10 chair push ups and 5 minutes of leg crunches on Total fit gym my aide actually counted 66 of them so something good to know)
Water 190oz by the end of night
    Goals/comments
Still have to measure myself but I lost another 2lbs this week. Also just rub BIOFREEZE on both my back and knees but glad I push myself. About to eat lunch and have dinner already in microwave for 4pm then it's pain meds which will knock me out so early day for me. But it was a productive day so still staying positive.

    ✅ Track: Yes
    ✅ Calories: Yes, under
✅ Exercise: Yes, 1 hr. Body Combat Class & 1hr. Elliptical
✅ Water: 197.8 (might drink a bit more if I can swig it all)
    ✅ Steps: 13,709 / 7.54 miles and still moving

🗣Comments/Goals: Tomorrow is my other fasting day. I’ve been getting several messages from concerned MFP friends who think that I am either starving myself or developing an eating disorder bc they do not understand intermittent fasting— it’s with good intentions I am sure, and I take it with a grain, but it is making me understand why some choose to keep their diary private…. It makes me stressed to feel watched and judged like that—much like I felt when I was obese, it’s uncomfortable. Just venting a little—sorry, but it’s part of the emotional side of the journey I think.

Headed home now---picking up son from track practice and then it's crockpot Italian style turkey meatballs with zoodles!! I am soooo hungry!!

OK, so we are more than half way there— we can finish this week off with success people!!

    🤗💫HHD!!!🌸💜🌸

    Hey Nancy

It’s good to vent! I think your diary looks great btw! You’re probably right that it’s with good intentions people are saying these things but it’s not making you feel good. For what it’s worth, I think you’re doing brilliantly, so keep doing you 💪💟

I recommend the Charge 2, you can still buy them new on Amazon. Since the Charge 3 is out now you can find a good deal on the charge 2. The main difference between the two is that the 3 is waterproof.
