Bubble chart
1 year-maintaining goal weight plus an additional 8 pounds off for a weight of 134.
1-month 4 pounds off=147
1-week weigh 150
Day-40 minute run, 30 yoga, today I start back on GBOMBS. Fridge is stocked. Based off of Dr Fuhrman’s plan Eat to live. Greens, berries, onions, mushrooms, beans and seeds daily. Easy to incorporate.0 -
Good morning everyone. Yesterday mom and I went shopping at Belks for their big sale. I bought probably too many clothes but I’m celebrating being done with training. Bought an ivory suit and other beautiful work clothes. Down to size small tops. So now that I’m wearing size 6’s and smalls my confidence is soaring. Took a stack of bathing suits in to the dressing room. No go!!! @lenka1 I thought of u the whole time. Looks like I will be ordering on line as well.
I am still so sore from the long drive. Yoga is going well again and is very helpful.
@hope002 I tried warm yoga once. Thought I was going to faint. I can’t imagine enduring hot yoga but I know people love it.
@cyndiesstuff what a celebration that your pain was so low yesterday. How nice to be planting again. How is Jim feeling? I know a person can get pretty stiff after a few days after the accident.
@sleepymom5 I’m so proud of you for getting on that bike. I love your life. Your always moving and having fun. I can’t wait to pull out our bikes. Molly and I never got them out once last year. Your inspiring me.
@GingerPwr how are things going? I hope your able to get things worked out and find some peace with everything that is going on around you.
@julie8468 I love your out of town plan. After being gone 1 week I’m home thinner than when I left. Your plan sounds perfect. Stick to it and you will be glad u did.
@DananaNanas oh no sorry you’ve had to endure the flu. Nice weight loss though.

Check in for Saturday
Ate: ok but didn't log again. I need to log though. I start and fizzle out
Water: 48 oz
Exercise: 30 min walk
Steps: 5,747 steps
I just have been pooped since I have been back and I can't afford to be. I think part of it may be that I sort of shut down when I am overwhelmed and have a lot going on. That doesn't help at all, just takes away days that I could be doing things. I have a plan for the day, not just a to do list. My goals are non negotiable today-I have no choice, even if I have to walk in place during Game of Thrones tonight drinking my water , I will get my steps and water in. I am going to do a walking video even though it is nice out. I do better with getting exercise in and getting steps in when I do it. Until I get my outdoor activity where it should be, anything I do outside will be a bonus. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
@cyndiesstuff Good idea with the sticky note. I just get frustrated because I want it all to come naturally Lol! I need to also get back into the habit of getting on here at night, I haven't been the best co captain lately. Hope you are feeling better all around, physically and mentally. I hope you feel well enough to enjoy the last week off. I was hoping that you would have spring weather but it looks like you are still have a chance of snow up there! I was going to ask when you start planting but sounds like that will be soon!
@Mrsbell8well Yes, that is what is different this time for me. It is a life style change. I have learned after being on too many restrictive diets that I need to make changes that I am willing to keep the rest of my life. You are doing great and look fabulous! How exciting getting new clothes in smaller sizes!
@GingerPwr I love your goals! Hope all is well. Hugs to you . You look amazing in your new profile pic!
@Zumba_Luvah Nice loss!! Good luck with opening a daycare! How exciting! Love your goals too!
@pacsnc6 great job hitting your goals!
@Julie8468 I hope you feel better for your trip. Sounds like you have a good plan too. My favorite-don't get lost or stranded anywhere Lol! I agree that eating out can be stressful but the more you do it, the more comfortable you will get. If I go out, I always look at the menu ahead of time. If I can't do that, I look for the healthiest thing on the menu and order that. I am still working on not overeating the big portions. I am still a work in progress Lol!
@kirsten11872 I know you can turn this around. I have been away but it seems like you are having more good days than bad. You just need to get back in your groove. Why don't you make a plan for the week today? Make it non negotiable so you don't have to think, you just have to go. Do you have a commute, you might like the Phit and Phat podcasts.
@carlsoda I love your goals! You really have been so successful!
@hope002 Awesome goals! You can do this!
@DananaNanas Oh no! I hope you feel better soon!

Last week I was leaving the house at 6 and not getting home until between 6:30 and 8, so I had very long days. I didn't get much done. I did get to the ENT wasn't to helpful, I am going to have a cat scan on my neck though. He says he doesn't diagnose graves disease, he doesn't know why my other Dr said he would so not sure now. Today I went to my Zumba class and the boy never showed up to open the gym. The gym opens at 5, Zumba is at 8 so we all sat in the parking lot for a bit waiting to see if he showed and made some calls but we got nothing. I came home and went for a walk instead. Last night I went out for my niece's birthday and I did not have any drinks so it can be done. It felt good. I have lots to get done today.4

Good Morning All!
I've been getting that permission error again when I try to access this page so haven't been able to post and am a bit behind on how everyone is doing. I managed to string together a couple decent days of stepping, exercise, eating and water despite our wintry weather but the scale continues to inch upward. I'm up almost 3 pounds which isn't uncommon for me certain times of the month but that's about my limit. I'll keep plugging along for a couple days to see if the scale turns around before making any big changes. I skipped another period so I don't really know where my body is at. This menopause stuff is fun! It is snowing so hard at the moment I feel like I'm in a snow globe LOL. Usually I'm pretty good at meal planning each Sunday for the week but I'm feeling uninspired. I guess this weather just gives me the blahs.
I'm so jealous @cyndiesstuff that you get to start your garden. The rule of thumb here is to not plant until Memorial Day. I still have much to do to prep my garden but I need some semi-decent weather.
@DananaNanas Yikes girl. Hope you feel better soon!
Take care Team!!4 -

ughh 😩 i did a lot of stress eating this week combined with poor planning and not working out...im at the airport now heading to NY. When i get back I’ll get back on track. no more messing around!
hope everyone has a great week!4 -
@nstephenson01 I was wondering where you were off to! Maybe try on a different search engine or whatever they are called. I use chrome and it wasn't working so I went on Safari for a bit and then came back and it worked. I don't really understand it all. I bet the weight gain is from your cycle. If you are doing everything you are supposed to just hang in there and don't get discouraged. I can't believe you are still getting snow. We are finally getting spring weather here. Hang in there-the warm weather should be there soon! Love your goals!
@twyla77 No worries about that small gain, do what you did on your other trips. You really did well. You can do this! Enjoy NYC!!

@Mrsbell8well That’s funny! I actually got my swimsuits tops orders on Friday and they fit well! Nice support and def good quality. May need to lose another 10 pounds to feel more comfortable in them but I was surprised how much of a game changer that is when you get your bra size and underwired instead of like just an “l” or “xl”
3 -
4 circles
1 year - lose 15 pounds
1 month - stay on track with food and exercise
1 week - enjoy vacation without eating too much
1 day - get ready for vacation and don't stress the little stuff2 -
@lenka1 what company did you buy from? I ordered 2 this morning from swimsuitsforall.com. According to the fit guide I should order a 12 on top. I ordered 10 for both since I still have 8 pounds to go. Glad u found suits that fit.
@GingerPwr wow that is some abs your showing off there! You have convinced me to do the challenge in May. I’m doing great right now w running and yoga. But May I want to add arms and abs. Your a good advertisement.1 -
Something new for me this time around is that I’m getting rid of all my clothes as they get big. I’m so positive that I will never wear them again. 2 more large bags out to goodwill. I have the tiniest pile left to fit in to that are still too small. Maybe 5 items? It is so foreign to be this small. I don’t recall ever wearing size 6. With 8 pounds to go I’m wondering if I’m looking at size 4??? I spent the day organizing all my drawers and clothes closet plus 2 storage bins of clothes. Ready for Spring.2
-
@Mrsbell8well let me know how your tops fit. I may still try to get some more before summer.
I ended up ordering from barenecessities.com size 34f (I wear 34ddd normally) the brand was pour moi and it’s UK sizing that’s why I went with a size up.
Excuse my messy look. I tried them right after a workout lol and like I said I def need those last 10 pounds off to feel more comfortable.
Hopefully by mid June!
8 pounds to go for you only too! Wow pretty amazing!
5 -
@lenka1 your tops are super cute. You could wear them with jeans 😁
You look great!
I will definitely keep you posted. I’m on track to hit my goal June 1st. But I’m considering another 8 pounds between then and my birthday in October. 142 on June 1st is my goal but that puts me right at the edge of normal body fat. Plus I have very small bones. I think 134 is probably about right but hard to say. I know I will benefit from less belly fat. But my butt gets sore from sitting too long. I’ve lost all my bottom padding. Lol1 -
Sunday check in:
Exercise: 40 min walk/20 min strength training
Water: 56 oz
Food: logged everything, under calorie goal and entered meals I know I’m going to eat tomorrow!
I’m trying to start the week off right. I really wanted a second glass of wine tonight but it would have put me over my calories for the day. I resisted and downed water instead. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Time to tackle a new week!2
