I did my fasting for 20 1/2 hours today and felt great! I'm much happier being back on my plan. I'm also eating some fantastic meals since I signed up for one of those meal delivery services. We are using Plated and so far we have loved everything! Good portion sizes without being too much, which I have a tendency to cook.
Nice fast. I do 18/6 meal planning really does help1 -

I really need some solid time at home to make some meals and plan. Went away last week and camping with a bunch of friends this weekend. I’m so happy to be getting out and spending time with friends and family so just focusing on the fun (maybe a bit too much lol!)

I have been so MIA lately. Been busy with work and lots of family and friends birthday dinners. Wasn't able to weigh myself on Monday bc I was in Las Vegas for mother's Day through yesterday 😅

This week I took a couple of spinning classes for the first time in about a decade. Super fun! Focusing a lot on water intake. Good luck everyone!

Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill and some lifting with my hand weights.
I fasted 22 1/2 hours today!! That is my new record. It helped because I wasn't working and spent the last few hours vegging on the sofa watching Master Chef. Not sure why I thought watching a cooking show was a good idea! I'm really hoping to lose whatever I put on during my trip to Florida. I still don't have scales in my house so I have no idea!!1 -
Anyone else have a problem with exercise intimidators? You're all geared up to exercise, your motivation is over the top and all it takes is one look from them to make you want to give up and go home.
Well my ET comes in the form of a 3.5 foot tall Canadian Goose. He's HUGE. I'm sure his wing span exceeds my height and I've heard they can be pretty mean. When I go for a walk/run by my house he stands right in my path and stares at me. It's a little creepy.1 -

Oh, my! I had to change my running route when in Chicago because come nesting season, what looked like trumpeter swans had a nest on a favorite path. They did not like company, and I did NOT care to argue! One of them would head my way, fussing. I was convinced!1 -
The only thing that keeps me in around my parts, is the weather lol. Usually the temp or humidity is enough to make me rethink going outside3

Saturday was a light day, and Sunday a rest day. Both days carbs were under, (calories over, but they usually are on rest days.

Exercise: I tried to walk on the treadmill but I did something to my ankle and yesterday and today after walking for about 7 minutes the pain started in. Not sure what I did but I guess I need to rest it.
My goal for this week is to try to keep my eating under control through IF and portion control. I still sometimes eat too much when I open my window and that isn't helping me!2 -

Hello! Apologies for the radio silence... I've been logging away but it has been an immensely busy week. Whew!
Had some progress photos taken last night, but my husband was lying down on the couch, so they're from an angle that doesn't really help, grr! They don't show how I'm comfortably back in my light cotton trousers without fear of ripping them or the looseness of my under garments (hoiking those straps in as much as poss!)
So, I have from the 13th to catch up on. I have been logging everything except water. Take my water as fine, I am sure it has been!
13th - calories way under, 253 left, 12292 steps
14th calories slightly under, 15 left, 15377 steps
15th - calories -134 oh no! 13678 steps
16th - calories way under, 235 left 10586 steps
17th - calories -351, oh no, but it was nice pizza, 12405 steps
18th - calories nicely under, 68 left 13955 steps
19th - calories way under, 266 left 13009 steps, including 2 and a half hour's gardening.3 -
