Tuesday Check in:
Work is crazy this week which typically means no time to focus on me.
Calories: didn’t track so have no idea
Exercise: none and I didn’t wear my Fitbit so have no idea what my steps were
Water: I had one glass of water all day.
My two goals:
1. No Junk Food - anyone with me on this one?✅ I am proud of myself - no chocolate or baked goods. I was offered a cookie and donut and I said no to both!
2. Hit 10!000 steps - don’t think I made it. Stuck at my desk all day
Goals for today:
1. No Junk food - day two
2. Drink 100oz of water. I’m in training all day so should be more doable
2 -
Goals for Tuesday:1; go to aquasize class- done 60 mins
2: Yard work-done
3: get in over 15000 steps-done
4: carbs under 20 grams IF 16-8 - 25 grams so was over

Those are the toughest weeks to persevere through. Don’t give up on your effort - it will happen! And you didn’t gain which is a plus! Clearly you were making a lot of good choices.3 -
Wednesday Check in
Calories: I think under but still not tracking
Exercise: none and still not wearing my Fitbit
Water: finally reached my goal there
I met my water goal but not No Junk Food. I was doing great until the evening. I was talking to my brother and he mentioned something that I hadn’t shared with our parents and although he in no way made me feel bad I felt soooo bad. And what did I do? I had some Oreo cookies. It was so interesting to me. I realized what I had done as soon as I finished them. And they didn’t make me feel any better. I am such an emotional eater as I am sure many people in the group are.
I believe being more mindful is the key to success in this area but does anyone have other suggestions?
Back on the no junk food challenge today.
Tomorrow will not be a great weigh in. I haven’t moved much this week.2 -

I cannot guarantee many steps this weekend; it's my weekend off work and it's a holiday. I'll be hanging in my pool and grilling happiness! I hope everyone has a lovely weekend!0 -

LoL @Kres567 - asparagus are not specifically magic, apart from how they grow! So weird!
I have been gifted a bunch by an allotment neighbour!
Got to report 2 days of overeating my calories, but I don't feel too bad because I just ate what I was given.
That said, I feel a bit different and less lean than the weekend so going to work on being more active.
Good news, a work colleague brought scales into work this week. I weighed myself in jeans on Wednesday afternoon and found a loss, but weighed myself in cotton trews today and it's definitely down!
So previous weight was 166lbs
current weight: 164.5lbs
Sorry it's not the right weigh-in day!2 -

Well, I don’t really know what to say about that gain. I only did cardio once since last week, but did strength on four days. NSV, however, I’m feeling pretty good about how I am looking (still a bit more to go) and I’m feeling stronger and some of my hip pain is gone.4 -

I think those NSV’s mean more than the number on the scale. Keep it up!1 -

Well this is just the story of my life on my weight loss journey. I will be home for the next two weeks so planning and consistency is what I intend to focus on. I know exactly what works for me I just need to make me a priority for the next while. I’m looking forward to cooking this weekend and planning out exactly what I will be eating and exercising to make that number go down.
Similarly to @girlfacedolly - I feel good! My clothes feel fine. I just think it’s some water retention, too much sitting at work and eating on the run. Looking forward to the weekend to get back on track! TGIF!4
