@keishamaggie, your first weigh in will be Saturday, June 8th, so you'll actually have a little more than a week for your first weigh-in. This Saturday's weigh-in ends the May challenge. The first week dates will be June 2-8th. Congrats on your big life events!!

Hi guys!!! My name is Bethany, this is my first month! I'm hoping to lose 10lbs this month, I am starting at 226, my weigh in days are Wednesdays.
My highest weight was 318. I'd honestly be happy at even 8lbs lost because I just want to hit that 100lbs down!9 -

He's only been there since the first of May, but he loves it. His apartment is right across the street from Conestee Park so he's been enjoying the trails there.1

Hello! This is my second month! I am rapidly approaching 40 and have seen my metabolism and body change FAST! I am here to lose a couple stubborn pounds, but really just to figure out what works for me moving forward to stay healthy and strong, physically and mentally. I am a mom and teacher in the midwest!5

Hey all! I just turned 32 and am trying to loose weight for the first time ever. I used to struggle to keep my weight up! I weigh 135 now (148 the beginning of the year), and my body carries it really bad. I don't have anyone around me excited to eat healthy/exercise so looking for motivation! I'd like to get down to 115.
I'm a mom of 3 boys and work full time as a training manager/medic. Time is short, which has led to a lot of fast food dinners - a habit I'm trying hard to break! I look forward to the next month!6 -
I’m having a maintenance calorie week here. My daughter’s birthday was this week, I have a ladies’ day planned for tomorrow (which includes delicious food), and today was my 11 mile training run so I carb-loaded yesterday like crazy. It seemed to do the trick because this run was so much better than the ten miles I suffered through two weeks ago. Next week I’ll be back to my deficit and the week after that will be another maintenance week so I’ll be well-fed for my 12 mile run. I’ll be posting little to no losses for the next while I imagine, sorry about that!
Daily check in:
Exercise? 11 mile run, 5 mile recovery walk
Calories? Way under. I ate too much yesterday and barely got to 1300 calories today because I’m still stuffed.

For those of you who are new to the group, here are some weigh-in FAQs:
• When do I post my weigh-in?
Post on your "scheduled weigh-in day". So, if you posted a weight in the New Member Registration thread on a Tuesday, then your scheduled weigh-in day will be each Tuesday of the month. Let me know if you have a question.
• Why is Week 1 beginning on Sunday? Haven't we been already posted our starting weights?
Think of it as a first birthday. You're born, then you must live a whole year before you can celebrate being 1. In this challenge, you post a starting weight, then you have a whole week to work on weight loss before you post your Week 1 weigh-in.
• How do I post my weigh-in?
Your posts should look like this:

PW: Previous Weight in pounds
CW: Current Weight in pounds
• What's my previous weight?
If you're new, your Week 1 previous weight is whatever weight you posted in the New Member Registration thread or check out the current spreadsheet to see what your posted info says. If you're returning, your Week 1 previous weight is whatever your weight was in the last week of the previous month.
• I'm still confused. Who can help me?
